Charles M. O'Rourke was admitted and licensed to practice law as an Attorney and Counsellor in 1988 before all courts in the State of New York, as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. O'Rourke was a financial consultant at PaineWebber and Shearson Lehman Bros. and maintained an independent registered investment advisor practice.
He served as general counsel to a regional brokerage firm, an underwriting firm and the Independent Broker-Dealer Association.
Mr. O'Rourke has handled hundreds of securities arbitrations for customers, registered representatives and FINRA firms, as well as regulatory proceedings.
He has appeared with Morton Downey, Jr. on 15 episodes of the Justice Connection, a consumer protection syndicated television program.
Mr. O'Rourke is a graduate of New York University and Hofstra University School of Law.
